Six Sigma is about creating stable processes

With today's constantly increasing demands, we need to continuously improve our processes. Six Sigma is about making data-driven analyses of the root causes of business problems. When a problem reoccurs and does not have a known solution, that's when you start a Six Sigma project. Such a project could, for example, be about a machine that is not working in an optimised way.

The approach is applied in all parts of the company, for technical as well as administrative processes. This leads to further improvements in our service to customers and in our profitability.
